Make a Pretty Package
Deconstruct a paper garland
to make multiple gift toppers.
Cut a tissue-paper strip from a pom-pom garland,
leaving the ribbon attached.
Fan out the strip.
Fluff the fanned-out strip to form the pom-pom.
Wrap embroidery floss around the package.
Tape or glue on the pom=pom.
Add A Tag
Punch a snowflake in a tag;
glue a small piece of green paper on the back
to cover the snowflake.
Use rub-ons for the greeting.
